We are Armin & Felix Kft — a small Hungarian engineering studio building custom software, mobile and web apps, and applied AI systems for teams that want craft over churn.

We don't pretend to do everything. We pick deep over wide and ship product-grade work in three disciplines.
Bespoke web platforms, internal tools, APIs, and data systems — designed for the long haul, not the demo. We work end-to-end: discovery, architecture, build, deploy, and the unglamorous bits like observability and on-call runbooks.
Native iOS and Android, plus cross-platform when it actually fits. We design and build mobile apps that feel fast and considered — not a wrapped website with a splash screen.
Production LLM systems: agents, retrieval, evals, fine-tuning, and the orchestration around them. We help teams move beyond "we tried a chatbot" into measurable, monitored AI features that actually move a metric.
02 — Approach
Most of what we build replaces something that didn't work. We start by listening, write the smallest thing that could possibly help, and iterate against real usage instead of slide decks.
A short, paid discovery: we sit with the people who'll use the thing, read the code that already exists, and write down what we'd do.
First usable version goes live in weeks, not quarters. Weekly demos, real users, real telemetry. Course-correct constantly.
Documented, tested, deployable by your team. No lock-in. We're happy to keep maintaining it; we're equally happy if you don't need us to.
03 — Who's behind this
The studio is led by Ágoston Fung — Software engineer with 20+ years across startups and enterprises — EY, bp, Tesco, and most recently as a senior consultant at Equal Experts in London and Budapest. Kingston University alum. Works in English and Hungarian.
No layered pitch teams, no offshore handoff. The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it.
